Warranty Terms & Conditions

General Warranty

All FATEH wristwatch products come with a Two Years Warranty, effective from the date printed on the Warranty Card that comes together with the watch, placed in the pocket of the watch box.

The warranty protects the products against material and manufacturing defects, such as:

Technical movement failure
Battery has expired within the first year of purchase.

However, the Warranty DOES NOT COVER :

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
Misuse of product.
Accidental impact.
Drop of hands or index on the dials.
Expired battery after one year from the date of purchase.
Damage due to improper handling, lack of care, accidents.
Color deterioration.
Water infiltration due to failure to secure crowns.
Damage due to submergence at depths exceeding the rated water resistance.

International Warranty

Your FATEH watch is warranted for a period of one year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The FATEH warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into effect if you have a copy of the receipt or dealer stamp as this is required for proof of purchase.

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dials are the only components covered under this warranty. If the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges.

Return Policy For Faulty Products

Faulty products can be returned for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly contact our Customer Service first prior to sending the product for return.

Customers shall have the right to open the package to check the products. However, products must be returned in excellent condition, with pricing and labels shall be still intact with the products.

The return postage cost shall be absorbed by the free postage charges under the warranty.

Kindly be informed that any products to be returned to us shall comply with the above criteria and the customers are responsible for the product until the return procedures completed.

Be advised to send the products with any traceable postage services. The Company shall not be liable for any missing postage.
