Fulfillment & Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). All deliveries are made during standard business hours, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to ensure a smooth and secure handover.

Product Representation: We aim to provide the most accurate visual representation of Strata Edition 01 through our product images. However, as each unit is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These subtle differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of owning a timepiece of this nature.

Payment & Refund Policy: To begin processing your order, full payment is required. By completing your payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Kindly note that due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of Strata Edition 01, all confirmed purchases are final and non-refundable.
