Where Heritage Meets Haute Horology
It all began with a question: “How can a watch carry both heritage and innovation in a single design?”
The name “Batheq” is inspired by Batik — a treasured textile artform recognised by UNESCO as part of the world’s cultural heritage. The stylised “q” reflects modernity and exclusivity, a bridge between the past and the future.
From there, we wove in moonphase complications to represent humanity’s oldest clock, a poetic reminder that time is measured not only in seconds but in legacies. Finally, we drew inspiration from the Wau Bulan, Malaysia’s iconic moon kite, symbolising freedom, artistry, and the joy of heritage carried on the wind.
Every element of Batheq is intentional. Every curve, pattern, and detail is a dialogue between history and horology. To wear it is to carry a story of culture, legacy, and craftsmanship.

ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all pre-orders placed with Fateh Horology Sdn. Bhd. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following Terms:
- Pre-Order & Payment: All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Customers have the option to make payment securely through our appointed payment gateways, which include: FPX (Online Banking), Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Installment options via Atome and SPayLater (up to 3 months). All payments are processed through secure and encrypted platforms to ensure customer safety. Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Estimated Production Timeline: The estimated completion and delivery timeline for the product is approximately six (6) to seven (7) months from the date of order. This timeline is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to production, supply chain, or unforeseen circumstance.
- Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated production and delivery timeline, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, supplier shortages, manufacturing issues, customs clearance, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events. Customers acknowledge and accept that these potential delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or compensation. In the event of a delay, we will keep customers informed via email updates.
- Product Representation: All product images provided during the pre-order campaign are 3D renders and digital representations. The final product may differ slightly in color, texture, or details from the images shown. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy: Once a pre-order is placed and payment is received, the order is final and binding. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.
- Progress Updates: Customers will receive periodic updates on the production progress through official email communications only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Delivery & Shipping: All deliveries will be handled exclusively by DHL, our appointed logistics partner. We have selected DHL due to their global reputation for being fast, secure, reliable, and providing professional handling of high-value items. Every shipment will be fully covered by insurance to safeguard your purchase. Once your timepiece is completed and ready for shipment:- Our admin team will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm delivery details.- You will be notified before, during, and after shipping to ensure transparency throughout the delivery process.- A tracking number will be provided directly to you, enabling real-time tracking of your package.
- Acceptance of Terms: By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
